“Objects Must Be Comfortable”, a new body of works by the Romanian artist Ana Maria Micu is Micu’s fourth solo exhibition with the gallery. It combines older paintings with new works and mediums, including digital drawings printed as serigraphy series and an animation in collaboration with Alexandra and Radu Constantinescu. In response to the recent discussion on the application of blockchain technology in the art sector, Micu will launch moving images affiliated with the animation, The Easy Way to Heal Yourself ,as her first Non-Fungible Token (NFT).

Mind Set Art Center is pleased to present you two special projects - Pencil Walker: SHI Jin-Hua and Speaking About the Unknown: Residency Project by Ana Maria MICU.

The show consists of paintings, drawings, and a looped animation: a cross-medium tactic that makes an abstraction out of visual reference material gathered from the artist's home and studio over recent years. The aspect that interests her the most is a fascination with the fact that she is able to force coherence out of a broken narrative, apparently on a criterion of which she is not fully aware.

Mind Set Art Center is delighted to present a group exhibition “Self-Portrait”, from 8th of April to 6th of May 2017, showing works by 13 artists including Victor Balanon, Shiau-Peng Chen, Marlene Dumas, Tracey Emin, Hsiao Chu-Fang, Jhong Jiang-Ze, Ana Maria Micu, Shi Jin-Hua , Shi Jinsong, Juin Shieh, Melati Suryodarmo, Tang Jo-Hung, Charwei Tsai.

Following the first chapter, Mind Set Art Center is delighted to present “The Road Not Taken Ch.2” by 11 artists from China, Japan, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Romania to participate in this exhibition.
